COLUMBIA -- With tax season under way, PalmettoPride, the anti-litter and beautification organization, wants South Carolinians to help law enforcement officers by contributing $1 or more to the Litter Control Enforcement Fund on their personal income tax returns.All funds generated by contributions go to PalmettoPride’s Enforcement Grant.This grant provides law enforcement agencies across the state with necessary equipment used to document litter violations.Individuals filing 1040 and 1040A tax forms can contribute any amount to the Litter Control Enforcement Fund. Individuals need to refer to Department of Revenue’s Contribution for Check-offs form I-330 to donate money.
